What Could Be The Reason For Dry, Cracked, Bleeding Skin At The Top Of The Foreskin Of The Penis?

Hi I've had dry cracked sometimes bleeding skin around the top of my foreskin and it's been like that for about a month. I've been using vitamin e oil and it gets better and then will get a bit worse again. I'm pretty sure it's not an STI cos I was checked not too long ago (a couple months) and I'm not sure what to do next. Is just a matter of not masturbating for like 2 weeks? I've been masturbating on occasion.

Hi,

Frequent and rough masturbation often leas to cracked foreskin in the glans penis. If its bleeding then you may have to apply Neosporin ointment to prevent infection. Be gentle during masturbation and keep your genitals clean.
