What Could Be The Reason For Dull Pain In Upper Chest After Viral Infection?

Hi, I have chest pain that is dull in the upper middle of my chest. It rarely goes away. It started about 4 weeks ago right after I returned home from the Dominican Republic from vacation. I got very sick while vacationing with a viral infection. I haven t been the same since I have returned home. Could you tell me what might be my problem. I am usually a very healthy person.

Hi,
From history it seems that due to viral infection you got myalgia of chest muscles giving rise this problem.
Take some analgesic tablet for few days.
Apply analgesic cream locally.
Ok and take care.
