ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello. the tightness may be due to a swelling in your throat caused by the post nasal discharge or the spray entering your throat from your nose. it will resolve once the sinus infection comes down and you stop your spray. please gargle with warm salt water 4-5 times a day and meet your ENT doctor if you are still not well in 2-3 days. thanks
