What Could Be The Reason For Fatigue, Frequent Urination And Back Pain?

So I have a missed period, I have adominal pain all over not just in one place. Fatigue, frequent urination, nausea and after eating some foods or smells. I went to the dr about 3 weeks ago for some other reasons and had a neg pregnancy test but I think it was to early, lower back pain, I still have my appetite and still hungry all the time but idk whats wrong. .......

Please take a home pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
Urine analysis and culture are also required to rule out urinary tract infection. Follow up with your primary provider as soon as possible.
