What Could Be The Reason For Feeling Abnormal Heart Beats And Weakness On The Side Of My Head?

My heart fills like it's not beating and it's been beating abnormally and I used a thing that you put on your finger and it went from 45b.p.m to 80-90 and I'm 18 I smoke/drink and I fell on the back of my head about 3-4 weeks ago any connection there? And I've been filling some facial muscle. Weakness on the side of my head I hit and it sometimes occurs when I smoke

I would like to suggest to consult a cardiologist to rule out any disorder. Also an ECG, ECHO and Holter monitoring should be done.

If everything is normal than don't worry this is probably a muscular strain.
