What Could Be The Reason For Feeling Like A Dull Or Faint Heart Rate?

I have had what feels like a dull or faint heart rate today. After lunch I felt strange and a bit dizzy. It lasted for about an hour. I feel ok now 8 hours later, just get concerned when it s your heart. Not the first time it s happened. Bout 3 times in last 5 months
