What Could Be The Reason For Fungal Infection In Groin Area?

I am suffering from skin diseases in groin area (ie., slit portion on my buttock) i have applied zoncos gel 0.25% and also taken flucos 150mg tablet, but the itching in that part has not been stopped. please advise

It can be due to a parasitic infection as well. So get it tested first.
