What Could Be The Reason For Having A Brown Stain? How To Bring Back My Periods?

Last period started last month on 23rd Feb. Intercourse was 10th March. Used postinor 2 on 12th. Had a little brown stain in form of period on 21st March. Since then no menstrual flow. What could be the cause and the way out to bring back M̶̲̥̅̊γ̥ period? Τ̲̣̣̥н̲̣̣̣̥ά̲̣̣̣̥п̲̣̣̥к̲̣̣̥s

The brown stain could be due to infection or due to hormonal imbalance. Please get an urine pregnancy test done. Drink plenty of water.
