What Could Be The Reason For Having A Protruding Flap On My Cheek Inside My Mouth?

Hello, I have a protruding flap or a Whitehead like lesion on the inside right hand side of my cheek inside of my mouth. I was curious if this was some sort of cancer, bacteria or something that might be dangerous if left untreated…?? Or is this something that I can take care of with some over-the-counter medication…?? Can you help…??

helo thanks for consulting at hcm..it is just a normal anatomical part ,,it is stensons duct opening, through that parotid gland saliva will come to the oral cavity..either ways plz take a consult with oral medicine/oral surgeon specialist for a check up..hope it helps..tc
