What Could Be The Reason For Having A Red Hanging On Vagina?

my wife has just discovered a protrusion or growth or something about the thickness of a mans forefinger and looks about 25mm long and coloured red hanging from her vagina can push it back inside no pain no discomfort she said may have been there longer than 2 days but hasn t noticed .

Hi,

As per mentioned history, it seems to be protruding polyp or prolapse from the vagina.

It needs to be corrected surgically. There is no medical treatment for that. If it is polyp than the need to be removed.
