What Could Be The Reason For Having A Thick White Discharge And Itching On My Vagina?

I have a thick white discharge. my vagina and vaginal lips and those areas itch and burn. it is extremely painful to urinate. my vaginal lips and surounding areas are swollen and really red. i have to go to work to day but its painful to even walk. when i sit i have to sit with my legs spread apart. i haven't had my period this month yet. please tell me what is wrong with me and how to fix it. please keep in mind i dont have any money

Thanks for your question.
These symptoms indicate some serious genital & probably urinary tract infection. This may be a STD.
There is a possibility of pregnancy if you have not had your period on time.
You should see a Gynecologist or at least a GP to get this evaluated & to get treatment.
It is not possible to prescribe treatment online without examining you.
