What Could Be The Reason For Having A Weird Shaking Feeling And Headaches?

hello, my name is Kathryn, I wake up a lot having a weird shaking feeling but its not shaking is like this wavy feeling in my body especially upper part the head chest arms abdomen. It is becoming more apparent to me and getting worse its really hard to wake up. I also get awful headaches that advil or meds dont cure :/ this started happening around the same time i hurt my lower back idk if that has anything to do with it. I am 19 by the way.

I can understand your concern.
Shaking of the body with headache are seen with epilepsy (seizures).
So better to first rule out this in your case.
So consult doctor and get done clinical examination, MRI brain and EEG (electro encephalo gram).
If all these are normal then no need to worry for epilepsy or other brain diseases.
Sometimes, stress and anxiety can also cause similar symptoms.
So consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on it's solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
