General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
This purple colored swelling ( mole ) with blood at the time of wiping may be -
1 Hemorrhoid , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a surgeon or physician . Usually piles ( hemorrhoids ) develops blood and mild degree itching .
2 Fistula in anus is the another possibility . Although fistula usually are painful but may not be sometimes . Again diagnosis can be confirmed by a surgeon after physical examination.
3 This type of mole may be some abscess ( due to ingrown hair follicle) . Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination.
I would like to advise you , visit a surgeon and get his opinion as physical examination is important in this type of cases.
Good luck.
