What Could Be The Reason For Having Chest Pain At The Sternum, Upper Back Pain, Decreased Appetite And Movable Lump?

I have a small (2cm) moveable lump on my lower left back. At times it radiates pain and other time is it a soreness. It has been there for a few months. The last few weeks chest pain has developed right at the sternum. It is not related to any particular straining movement. It just hurts when I breath, stretch, and even when I am doing nothing at all in varying degrees. I have lost 13lbs in 2 1/2 months and my appetite has decreased. My upper back pain has also increased. Maybe due to the chest pain?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I appreciate your concern the lump which you said is freely moveable then this could be a lipoma, frequently touching it could case a pain, and this is not related with your other complaints, your sternum pain may due to the acid reflex disease, if you do not have fever then loosing of weight could be due to stress level that might have put you on starvation, start eating properly, If I would be your doctor then I would treat you with "Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for few weeks, take care and stop worrying every thing will be fine soon.
