What Could Be The Reason For Having Chronic Stomach Pain?

the other day i started to get cronic pains in my stomach, it feels like i am being stabbed. yesterday i couldn't walk at all it was that bad. my aunty thinks it is because my appendix is playing up, but the pain is all over my stomach area. what could it be? what could i do?

Hi,
from history it seems that you might be having abdominal colic giving spasmodic pain.
It might be due to gastritis or some GI infection.
Take antispasmodic tablet like Dicyclomine t stat.
Seeing the nature of pain, appendicular pain should be ruled out.
Take light diet.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
