HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, If I would be your doctor then I would surely treat you with the course of antibiotic because such symptoms may be due to the protozoal infection and in such situation I usually treating my patient with the Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for 7 days and get good result, here in your case I would also start "Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen tab. three times in day and "Chlorodiazepoxide" three times in day this will surely relieve your problems, have nice day.

Pathologist and Microbiologist Dr. Shailja Puri's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
I will address your problems one by one.
Firstly, the ovarian cyst is a benign lesion commonly seen in ovary.
A ovarian cyst measuring 4 cm can cause pain and abdominal distention.
Bloating, fullness and abdominal pain can be due to indigestion.
Loss of appetite, f is seen in chronic diseases, malignancies etc.
The symptoms of lower abdominal pain and frequency of urination are seen in urinary tract infection.

You need not worry about the ovarian cyst at this point of time.
Ovarian cysts are usually benign. If you experience menstrual irregularities along with abdominal pain, you can consult your gynecologist.
For bloating, and abdominal pain, you need to consult your physician for examination of the gastro-intestinal tract, relevant investigations and hence treatment.
For urinary symptoms, you need to get an urine examination at the first hand to look for evidence of infection.

Thanks and take care
