What Could Be The Reason For Having Cramping, Nausea And Bloated Swollen Tummy?

I have been getting a bloated swollen tummy below my belly button I have been experiencing cramping like the day after a bug but I have not been sick or visited the toilet I had my period which started with brown discharge and I am now getting more brown discharge after my normal bleed... I was recently diagnosed with polysystic ovaries and was wondering if this could give my cramping and nausea feelings

Hi,

PCOD is the cause of your problem. It results in irregular periods along with scanty or profuse bleeding with pain, nausea and sometimes vomiting. Reduction of body weight with restricted diet and exercises along with specific medication suggested by your gynecologist is the way out.
