What Could Be The Reason For Having Cramps, Dizziness And Feeling Sick?

Hi I have been feeling not quite right lately. I have the coil fitted but been having pregnant like symptoms. So I took a test and it came back negative. But the last few days I have been having cramps on my low tummy on the left side, and I've suddenly come over all hot, dizzy and feeling sick... What could this be?

You need to do an urgent ultrasound examination of the whole abdomen to check if the coil is in correct position.
