What Could Be The Reason For Having Cramps?

Hi, I have been experiencing movement (in one area) which I can only explain as a baby in an early stage(I have had one child) but I have taken a test and it says am not pregnant, however for the past few days I now have bad cramps, when they come on I feel hot, lightheaded and sick. can you help please?

Hi,

Your problem can be:
- Bad intestinal / pelvic infection and inflammation which needs diagnosis and treatment. Consultation of a gastroenterologist / gynecologist is good.
- It can be early pregnancy with threatened abortion. Diagnosis of pregnancy by Beta hCG testing of blood and gynecologist would prescribe needful drugs.
