Hello,

It appears to be an episode of hypoglycemia. This is very common when you on oral hypoglycemic drug and miss any meal and on long hours on work.
I would advice my patient to do a regular check of blood sugar and blood pressure. Based on the values, diet and work the treatment dose of the drugs needs to be adjusted.
