What Could Be The Reason For Having Dizziness, Poor Vision And Fading Of My Hearing?

I sometimes will just be standing there and all of a sudden my vision will slowly go and and at the same time i will get very dizzy and my hearing will start to fade away and everything will start feeling very tigle but mainly my fingures and face what does this mean

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have episode of dizziness and black out.
It can be due to hypoglycaemia, hypotension or transient ischemic attack.
You should investigate for that then gou should take treatment accordingly.
