What Could Be The Reason For Having Dizziness?

My son is 25 years old. He says he's been having dizziness for the past couple of weeks. His pulse is low 48-51, blood pressure standing 135/79-160/112. His EKG is abnormal with extreme variances. The dizziness is worsening along with worsening orthostatic blood pressures. MRI NEGATIVE, 2DECHO NEGATIVE

HI. You surely have noticed he point. A variable blood pressure with a low pulse rate may not be in a position to supply the brain sufficient blood- glucose- oxygen; leading to dizziness ( MRI negative). Echo can be negative. But sometime the reason can be idiopathic , meaning no known reason could be found out and this can well be benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, for which I would suggest you to visit an ENT Specialist or a Neurologist.
