What Could Be The Reason For Having Frequent Abdominal Cramps?
Hi there, I have had a mirena coil for 4 years, but recently have been having more frequent abdominal cramps than I used to. Is this normal? They're not excruciating, but rather uncomfortable, and happen now, at least 3 or 4 times a day, whereas before I could go every few weeks without twinges. I missed a smear test a few months ago, and am probably just panicking as my sister had to have pre cancerous cells removed recently, but any advice greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Hi, I had read your query and according to my opinion you are suffering from most likely? pelvic inflammatory disease or inflammatory bowl disease. So, you should start tablet XXXX -200mg + XXXX -500mg twice a day for five days and tablet XXXX - 250mg + XXXX -10mg as required(when you are having pain).
