What Could Be The Reason For Having Hard Sore Lump Above My Clitoris?

Hi there, I have a hardish lump that has appeared above my clitoris just to the right of it, above my labia mayora. It feels irritated and sore when I touch it, and it s also making my pelvic bones hurt when I touch them. Any ideas what this could be? Thanks

Hello and welcome to Health Care Magic Forum.
Lump on the labia majora most commonly comes from an infection of the gland below called a Bartholin gland. Infection can discharge out causing lot of pain and discharge called an abscess of can be self limiting and cause a cyst. If it is causing discomfort it is good to check with your GYN and plan for treatment which is a simple procedure of removing the cyst under anaesthesia.
