What Could Be The Reason For Having Headaches And Vomiting?

hi i have a 12 yrs old boy that for years been getting sick i have taken him to his doctor and they have done all kins of testing including a specialis Neurologist he gets headaches out of no where and starts vomiting he has to laydown and sleep untill it goes away

It is probably migraine. he needs proper history to rule out triggers for his headache. He need medicine for acute attack as well as prophylaxis to prevent headache if frequency is three times or more per month.
