I have gone through your question and think that you have a migraine. A migraine is a recurrent type of headache. It occurs due to the dilatation of blood vessels in the head. Another characteristic of Migraines is that it starts because of a trigger factor.
There are several types of trigger factors. Here are a few examples: Cold Loud noises Certain foods Fever and so on
The first step and the best step to treat a migraine is to avoid the trigger factor. Once you already have a migraine, you can try the following: - Drink lots of water - Get good amount of sleep and at least 8 hours of sleep at a time - Avoid stress - Take 2 tablets of Paracetamol 500mg 12 hours apart when you get a headache - Inhale steam to help you recover better
Doing these things except taking the tablet will also help prevent future attacks. Follow up after 1week.
Wishing you a quick recovery.
