Hello, Welcome to HCM, It looks like a allergic reactions, whenever you are exposed to the triggering factors like dust, pollen, mite or chemicals your symptoms will be exacerbated. These triggering factors will causes constriction of the bronchioles and leads to intermittent coughing and increases the symptoms. I would suggest you to test the blood for absolute eosinophil count (AEC) and confirm the presence of allergic reaction in the body and try to avoid those triggering factors. I would suggest you to take oral antihistamine in combination with mast cell stabilizers like Montek Lc, this drug helps to control the symptoms and improve your condition. Thank you
