What Could Be The Reason For Having Light Pressure At The Bottom Of My Vaginal Opening?

I'm currently on my period, day 2 of this cycle, and I feel as if I have to use the bathroom more often than normal and after I finish urinating it almost feels like I'm about to orgasm. There is a light pressure at the bottom of my vagina close to the opening. And my blood has been very thin and bright red. I was just wondering what could be causing this.

This is because of the menses such weird kind of symptoms some time common during the menses, and it will go off as soon as the menses overs, nothing to worry about this have nice day.
