OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
Firstly, the cause of the pain needs to be established; it need not be related to sexual organs alone. Please take her to a physician and get proper assessment of the situation. A urine examination, abdominal and pelvic sonogram, blood counts may be necessary to clarify the issue. Urinary infection, renal colic, inflamed bowel or an ovarian cyst that is twisted, all may cause a similar clinical picture. Appropriate treatment is needed to cure completely. Do not give her any solid food until proper assessment is done; you can allow liquids. Hope this helps.
