What Could Be The Reason For Having Missing Periods, Nausea, Tender Breast, Frequent Urination And Negative Pregnancy Tests?

HI, I am a 24 year old female. I have not had a period since October 28,2013. I have taken several hpt and a blood test all were negative. I have been having nausea, vomiting, breast tenderness, increased appetite, breast itching, frequent urination, cravings and a couple of other symptoms. I just want to know could I be pregnant? If not what could be wrong with me.Thanks.

Hi. This is almost 2 months. The simple test is to go for Ultra-sonography of abdomen. If it shows negative , better to visit your Gynecologist
