What Could Be The Reason For Having No Periods For Two Months After A Heavy Bleeding?

Two days once my period was over I had unprotected sex, 3 days later (at time of expected ovulation) I had bright red heavy bleeding for 4 days and then it stopped. After almost two months I have not had my period and am experiencing pulsating in my lower abdomen.

Hello,

After heavy bleeding, the excessive blood loss can cause anemia leading to late periods now. A hormonal disturbance like PCOD can also cause such a problem.
