What Could Be The Reason For Having Numbness And Tingling After Taking Metropolol Tablets?

Yes I take metropolol25mg..I only take a half tablet and a little piece If it breaks crooked..now they had me on it last year and tooknme off cause it seemed like whereever I was laying or sitting it would feel numb and tingling..well they tried me on others well I wound back up on it and now its doing it again..do you have any suggestions. ? Please help..

Metoprolol is a selective β1 receptor blocker used in treatment of several diseases of the cardiovascular system, especially hypertension.
It may also reduce blood flow to the hands and feet, causing them to feel numb and cold,smoking may worsen this effect.
It is better to consult your treating doctor to review your condition and change the molecule accordingly.
Otherwise also take B12,folic acid,minerals and other supplement to maintain your general health.
