What Could Be The Reason For Having Off Balance Feeling After A Cataract Surgery?

10 days ago i had cataract surgery that went well and the eye is great but i feel so strange and distant and sick at times also feeling very off balance and keep having to hold onto my husbands arm in case i fall over feel very uneasy when walking what is this all about

You have got an iol with certain power. You have to adjust to this power. After your eye settles down refraction is to be done and final correction is to be given. After using the glass you will be normal.
