What Could Be The Reason For Having Pain Between My Scrotum And Anus?

I am a 55 year old male, the last three day's I have had bad aching pain between my scrotum and anus. I am on flowmax for a slightly enlarged prostate. Are you able to tell me why i may be having this pain? (This pain is constant) Thank you, For your time.

This can be related to prostat. Get PSA Urinetest Ultrasound prostate blader kub. If all the test will be analysed, it will give some idea about the problem. Are you having chronic constipation ? For now take some analgesic like combiflam after food for two days.
