What Could Be The Reason For Having Pigmentation On My Right Shoulder Area?

Hi... About a year and half ago I noticed the pigmentation on my right shoulder was darker than the other... About the size of one's hand. The reason I noticed it was because I had a chronic itch only in that area. Area is not raised, pigmentation about two shades darker than the other shoulder. Note... My son of twelve was diagnosed with polyarteritis nodes a three years ago... Very stressful time and took almost two years to control. Medications I'm taking: adder all, Wellbutrin, norvac.

Hi i think dark pigmentation over the size of the hand can be beckers naevusonly the point against ot is itching.sometimes hair will grow on it .
No medical treatment works in this condition.only ND yag laser is useful to remove the pigmentation
