What Could Be The Reason For Having Pulsing Vein On My Foot?

there is a vein in my foot that has been pulsing since this morning, I thought that maybe there was a hair tickling my foot while i was getting ready this morning. I am now at work and it is 9 hours later and my the tickle is more like a pain or an itch now. what does this mean? It is on the top of my foot.

Nothing to worry.Usually it is not the vein which is pulsating but twitching of muscle due to irritation of nerve supplying the muscle.you can take some calcium+vit. B complex tablets if this twitching does not stop in 24 hours.
