What Could Be The Reason For Having Small Bumps On Soft Palate After Eating Meals?

Hi,
I have been noticing some small bumps that appear on my soft palate particularly after eating meals. They soon disappear, and then reappear again after eating another meal. Sometimes the bumps are small almost clear colored, in addition larger bumps, about 5 mm in size also appears and disappears as well. Any insight on this matter would be appreciated. Thanks you.

This must be oral lesion, which might get swell during the chewing action, you can try salicylic oral preparation which could give good result, if it does not cure then it need to be examined, have nice day.
