What Could Be The Reason For Having Sore Purple Bruise On My Arm And Back?

I developed a rather larger purple bruise on my arm yesterday morning and it was very sore all day then today another one apeared beside it and it is starting to get very sore and last week i develped a very large bruise on my back any idea why this is?

Hello,
Welcome to health care magic.
From your history , you seem to be having spontaneous bruising , ie, bruising without any trauma. I would suggest you get a blood work up done to test for platelet count, bleeding time, clotting time and prothrombin time to rule out causes of spontaneous bruising.
