What Could Be The Reason For Having Spots On Back Of Throat?

Hi, I have "spots" on the back of my throat, it doesn't hurt and neither have symptoms, its been there fore a really long time, I don't recall very well but I think almost a year. I think it could be granular pharyngitis but I'm not really sure what should I do. Thank you for the help.

hello. you are correct in identifying it as granular pharyngitis, and you need no further treatment if you do'nt have recurrent sore throat. i would recommend you gargle with salt water 2-3 times a day. it will help reduce the size of the spots! thanks
