What Could Be The Reason For Having Spotting, Bloating And Stomach Pain?

I spotted once in November one week after my period. I spotted twice again on the 19th and 20th in December two weeks after my period. I taken 3 pregnancy tests and they came out negative and now I'm bloating and having side pains and having stomach pains, what do that mean? My next period is January 1.

What is your age ? Spotting may be due to different causes. Kindly get the iron profile , Thyroid profile , and USG -Pelvis done for further eveluation.
