What Could Be The Reason For Having Swelling On My Foreskin Around My Penis?

Hey I have really bad swelling of my foreskin around my penis, also two little cuts, and some sores that look like canker sores. I don t know where they came from, but they hurt so bad when I pee that it waters my eyes. I think I got them from a bowling tournament, some form of chafing. But whatever it is I need help, I can t take the pain anymore.

Hi there,
Thank you for your question.
I think that you are most likely having an infection and you will require treatment in the form of antibiotics and pain medications for this.
You can try applying over-the-counter antibacterial ointments or creams like bactroban or polymyxin.
I would however strongly suggest that you consult your doctor for an evaluation and appropriate treatment of this.
Regards
