What Could Be The Reason For Having Swollen Area On Throat, Headaches, Earaches And Swollen Lymph Nodes In Armpits?

I have swollen area on the right side of the front of my throat just under the jaw, feels like I have a lump stuck in my throat. Another on the same side just above my collar bone and a third in between the two but just behind the ear. My right ear bothers me at times and aches, get headaches, always tired, and swollen lymph nodes in my arm pits, mainly on the right side

I have gone through your query regarding pain in right ear, and enlarged nodes on right side of neck extending from angle of mandible to just above the clavicle and one node in right armpit as well.

Your this medical history indicates that your right ear is the primary site of disease and infection from right ear is leading to spread of infection to involve the vertical lymphatic chain and the axillary lymph node on right side.

To manage it you should do thorough clinical examination of your ear, nose and throat and necessary investigations like FNAC from lymph nodes. In this way correct diagnosis may be established and than after one may treat it accordingly.
