What Could Be The Reason For Having Testicular Pain In My Right Testicle?

hello, im a 22 year old male, i have had sudden testicular pain in my right testicle, first felt like i was kicked in the balls, now the pain changed, feels like the pain is in the veins, i had a blood test and ultrasound and both tested negative..what can this pain be ? thank you for your help

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have some infection like epididymo orchitis or you may have torsion of testis. You should go for examination. If needed take a course of antibiotics. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
