Hi,

The white flakes are due to white vaginally discharge caused by fungal infection. You both sex partners, need to take oral &local treatment to cure this condition. Tab Metronidazole over the counter with vaginally pessaries and local ointment are to be given in proper dosage depending on severity of infection suitable for your health. Please consult a gynecologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
