What Could Be The Reason For Having White, Glossy Like Mark On My Ear Drum?
I have been on two antibiotics for an ear infection on my left side as well as ear drops. She says the infection is gone, but she told me there is a white, glossy like mark on my ear drum, but not red anymore or watery. What does this mean? Still an infection or no?

Hello, Thank you for the post with HCM. I have reviewed your History. As you have taken antibiotics for ear infection the symptoms have comedown. The white mark may be due to fungal infection in which patients will not have pain but they will have whitish patch. I would like to advise you to use drops having anti fungal drug which will cure your symptoms. I wish you speedy recovery. Thank you
