What Could Be The Reason For Having White Spots On My Legs?

Hello My 11 yr old son has developed white cent size white spots on the legs.Teo on each leg.They are not raised,infact in the skin no scales ,like white skin.I am panicking if it is Vitilgo!!!He plays Golf everyday for 3to 4 hrs.what can it be?Manythanks!!!

Such white colored symmetrical asymptomatic patches most likely are due to vitiligo.
I will advice you to put some pics or consult the dermatologist in person so that it can be visualized and diagnosis is confirmed.
