What Could Be The Reason For Heart Palpitations And Dizziness?

I am experiencing palpitations and they are knocking on my back also my right ear has this knocking, also I thought that I was going to faint this morning as I went awfully dizzy three times The dizziness is a first but the palpitations have been going on for some time two ecg,s which have been clear

Thanks for writing to HCM

Generally palpitation is due to benign reasons like anxiety,stress etc but this condition need exclusion of other factors.
Dizziness may be due to hypertension.
You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
You need investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile,Thyroid profile,Ultrasound of abdomen,ECHO.Further investigations can be done if needed.
Proper treatment depend upon clinical examination and investigation reports
