Hello ma'am and welcome.

It is difficult to suggest possibilities with such little information. We need to know your age, your obstetric history, whether or not your are on birth control. After this an ultrasound of your abdomen and pelvis would be advised, followed by a transvaginal ultrasound and a blood investigation to check on your hormone levels. Once the cause is found,it will be treated accordingly.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
