What Could Be The Reason For Missed Periods?

I don't keep track of my period, but the last time I remember I think i had it in the beginning of march or end of feburary. I still havn't got it and i know i'm not pregnant. Iv'e been getting really bad cramps and Iv'e been having stomach problems lately, so its making me confused. What's wrong with me?
