What Could Be The Reason For Missing Periods And During Periods It Is Just Clots, Had A Tubectomy Few Years Ago?

Hi,I m 42 years old. In 2009 I had a csection and they done a tubal while I was in there. K I m always regular with my period never more than 3 days late. I had a period the first of sept 2013 didn t have another till Nov 21,2013. The first 3 days was pink when I wiped then it was 8 days of clots. A few of them where big. Even felt small contraction s with them. Now its Jan 13,2014 and I have not had one since Nov 21st. I can feel this pressure right n the center of my lower pelvic area. Been like that for 4 days. I also have slight dizzy feeling,peeing like crazy,gassey,constipated some. My ? Is could I have had a miscarriage in November n now be pregnant again? My second cycle is supposed to be the 16 the. Two days away.

The main aspect of your query is your age, although early what you could be experiencing are pre-menopausal symptoms. I would request you to visit your doctor and get elaborately evaluated as there may be other causes for your presentation as well like hormonal imbalance, infections, abnormalities of the inner lining of the uterus or of the uterus itself.
